Ron Matusalem was born 150 years ago... As a tribute to this indelible journey, Ron Matusalem presents SUBLIME Limited Edition, a marvelous and unrepeatable rum created to celebrate good taste.

The Álvarez Family has meticulously selected their most ancient barrels in an iconic rum blending. Each bottle is exclusively hand made and numbered by Vista AlegreTM, century-old glaziers. There are only 450 units of SUBLIME Limited Edition in the world.

This exclusive sipping rum is a blend of two particular liquids. The first was aged for twenty years in a Solera system using ex-bourbon American oak cask. The second was aged for ten years in a single barrel using ex-sherry oak cask from Jerez, Spain.

SUBLIME Limited Edition is one of the most grateful expressions of our heritage; a unique blend that represents the Álvarez Family history.

COLOR: Amber Hue, mahogany lights.
AROMA: Oak wood, sweet dried fruits, vanilla, blackcurrant, hints of tobacco and cacao.
PALATE: Medium soft and rich. It evokes oak, caramel and red berries, and a hint of cacao.
FINISH: Long, finishing with smoked oak, sweet dried fruits and tobacco.
